Personal consultations help to maintain weight loss

Statistically, the weight loss is often accompanied by weight regain. However, a new study has shown that when people have personal meetings with a counselor in weight loss, they maintain more easily their weight loss if they are of no benefit meetings. The results of this study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (Journal of the American Medical Association) showed that two and a half years after the weight loss, the group had one meetings were better able to do not regain the lost weight. Researchers study link this success to the notion that the participant and his adviser had an interest in the results.
